Dr. Matsushita is a 1988 graduate of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Course
of Meiji School of Oriental Medicine, Osaka Japan. He passed National Board
and received "Licensed Acupuncturist" and "Licensed Moxacauterist."
Dr. Matsushita is also a 1990 graduate of Judo Therapy Course of Meiji
School of Oriental Medicine, Osaka Japan. He passed National Board and
received "Licensed Judo Therapist."
(Meiji School of Oriental Medicine is a regionally accredited institution
in the United States)
He opened his own practice, Matsushita Acupuncture & Judo Therapy Clinic,
in Hirakata City Osaka in Oct. 1990.
Dr. Matsushita hed served as a Director, Member of the Scholarship Committee
of Keihan Region Association of the Osaka Prefecture Judo Therapist Association.
He achieved Post Graduate Education Credit of the Year Award in Osaka Prefecture
Judo Therapist Association three times in 1991, 1993 and 1994.
After running a successful practice in Hirakata City Osaka for over 5 years,
he closed his clinic for study abroard to the USA.in April 1996, he came
to the US for receiving the world best chiropractic education.
Dr. Matsushita is now a 2003 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic.
He passed National Board and received "Licensed Chiropractic Physician"
from Illinois State.
Dr. Matsushita received the Legion of Chiropractic Philosophers (L.C.P.)
Designation from Palmer College of Chiropractic in August 2004. He is the
first and only Asian/Japanese who achieved this prestigious L.C.P. (Hon)
Designation.
Dr. Matsushita has published a study-aid book, MASA'S STUDY GUIDE FOR SPINAL
ANATOMY II LABORATORY, at Palmer College since year of 2000, and he has
donated all benefits of this book to Veteran's Association of Palmer College
since 2002 as a token of the friendship between USA and Japan.
Dr. Matsushita presently serves on the President of the International Japanese
Doctor of Chiropractic Club (IJDC).
